Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Daswolf Corporation, a Canadian corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of Sync My Calls ("Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Sync My Calls is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that synchronizes call metadata from your telecom carrier with your customer relationship management (CRM) system. The Service matches call detail records with recording device transcripts to enable automated logging of call activities to your CRM contacts.

The Service does:

  • Access call metadata (phone numbers, timestamps, duration) from your carrier
  • Match call metadata with transcript metadata
  • Sync matched data to your authorized CRM platform

The Service does not:

  • Store or retain your carrier login credentials
  • Retain call recordings, transcripts, or AI summaries after sync completion
  • Access or store personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the authority to bind yourself (and your organization, if applicable)

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Authorized Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws, including privacy and data protection laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or related systems
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or other harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without authorization
  • Use the Service in a manner that violates the terms of your carrier or CRM provider

Third-Party Integrations

Carrier Connections

The Service connects to your telecom carrier (Verizon or T-Mobile) to access call detail records. By connecting your carrier account, you:

  • Authorize us to access your call metadata on your behalf
  • Represent that you have the right to grant such access under your carrier agreement
  • Understand you can revoke this access at any time through your carrier's portal

CRM Integrations

The Service integrates with CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, and Pipedrive. By connecting your CRM, you:

  • Authorize us to write data to your CRM on your behalf
  • Represent that you have appropriate permissions within your CRM to authorize this integration
  • Accept that your use of CRM platforms remains subject to their respective terms

Recording Device Integration

The Service processes transcript data from your recording device for matching purposes. Your use of recording devices and their cloud services remains subject to their respective terms of service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Daswolf Corporation and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency maintenance or security updates
  • Factors beyond our control, including third-party service outages

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DASWOLF CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daswolf Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Your violation of any applicable laws

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Daswolf Corporation regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
