How It Works
Three connections. Automatic context. AI that actually helps.
From Recorded Call to AI-Ready CRM in Minutes
Most sales AI fails because it lacks context. Sync My Calls solves this by connecting your recordings to your CRM using carrier call data. Every call is automatically matched, transcribed, and synced — no manual entry, no missing data, no excuses for AI.
Step 01
Connect Your Carrier
We use a secure connection to link your business phone account. You log in directly with your carrier - we never see or store your credentials.
- Phone numbers (inbound and outbound)
- Call timestamps
- Call duration
We do not access call content or recordings from your carrier.
Step 02
Connect Your CRM
Authorize Sync My Calls to access your CRM via OAuth:
Salesforce Read/write access to Contacts, Leads, and Activities
HubSpot Read/write access to Contacts and Engagements
Attio Read/write access to People and Notes
Pipedrive Read/write access to Persons and Activities
We use these permissions to:
- Look up contacts by phone number
- Create activity records with transcript data
- Update contact records with call metadata
Step 03
Connect Your Device
Link your recording device's cloud account. We access:
- Transcript text
- AI-generated summaries
- Recording metadata (timestamp, duration)
We do not store your recordings - only the transcript and summary.
Step 04
Automatic Matching
When a new transcript appears, we:
- Extract the timestamp and duration from the recording
- Query your carrier CDRs for calls matching that time window
- Identify the phone number from the matching call record
- Look up the contact in your CRM by phone number
- Create an activity record with the transcript and summary
This happens automatically within minutes of your call ending.
