Telecom Call Metadata
When you connect your carrier account (Verizon or T-Mobile), we access call detail records (CDRs) containing:

- Call timestamps (date and time)
- Call duration
Important: We do not store or retain your carrier login credentials. We use a secure connection to access your call metadata, and you can revoke this access at any time through your carrier's portal.
What We Do NOT Collect or Store
We explicitly do not collect, store, or retain:
- Call recordings or audio content
- Transcripts or conversation content
- AI-generated summaries
- Personal information (PII) beyond what is necessary for the sync operation
Transcript data from your recording device passes through our system only for the purpose of matching and syncing to your CRM. Once the sync is complete, this data is not retained on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Match your call transcripts with the correct CRM contacts using call metadata
- Sync matched data to your authorized CRM platform
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
- Communicate with you about your account and Service updates
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties except as follows:
Authorized CRM Integrations
When you connect a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, Pipedrive), we transmit only the data necessary to complete the sync you have explicitly authorized. This includes call metadata and transcript content being synced to your CRM contacts.
Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our Service, subject to confidentiality agreements. These providers do not have independent rights to use your data.

- Revoke access to connected carrier and CRM accounts
